2026 subsidies to local entities for Works of local clinics or Helisurfaces owned or available by the municipality of Extremadura according to Resolution of November 27, 2025 that calls for them

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura http://doe.juntaex.es. First. Purpose of the call and concession procedure. The purpose of the call is to promote the granting of subsidies for the financing, in whole or in part, of works of local clinics and helisurfaces owned or available municipally in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, whose ownership does not belong to the Government of Extremadura. Eligible actions will be considered those that fall within one of the modalities of works listed below: - Modality A: Works in local clinics that consist of: • Maintenance: The actions necessary to amend the damage that occurs over time due to use of the asset. • Improvement: considered as those that are not necessary for the normal functioning of the property, but rather increase its quality and comfort. • Expansion, understood as such, the increase in the already built surface incorporating new structural elements. This increase can be carried out vertically, without increasing the surface area occupied on the ground, and/or horizontally. • Adaptation: actions aimed at adapting a property, or part of it, for use as a local office will have such consideration. -Modality B: Helideck works, understood as those that consist of the maintenance, improvement, expansion, adaptation or construction of the real estate in which the helideck is located. The concession procedure will be competitive and periodic public call. Second. Beneficiary entities. In accordance with the provisions of the second resolution of the resolution approving the call, beneficiary entities may be those municipalities and minor local entities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, which have the ownership or availability of the property that is the subject of the subsidized work, without prejudice to the provisions of article 1 of Decree 57/2024, of June 26. Third. Regulatory bases. The call will be governed by the provisions of Decree 57/2024, of June 26, which establishes the regulatory bases for the subsidies to be granted by the Ministry of Health and Social Services for the works or equipment of local clinics or helipads of municipal ownership or availability, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the first call is approved in each of its lines. Room. Amount. The amount of the credit allocated to the call referred to in this extract is one million nineteen thousand seven hundred and ninety euros (€1,019,790) financed with Autonomous Community funds, charged to the following budget application and financing program: 110020000/G/212A/76000/CAG0000001/20090543, “Support for the construction and equipment of health centers”, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. In accordance with the provisions of article 4.3 of the Decree establishing the regulatory bases, this budgetary credit will be distributed between the two modalities according to the following percentages: -86.27% for modality A: Works in local clinics, that is, €879,772.83. -13.73% for modality B: Helisurface works, that is, €140,017.17. In the event that the credit is not exhausted in one of these modalities, it may be redistributed to the other modality in the manner determined by the granting body. The resolution of the call will be subject to the condition precedent of the existence of adequate and sufficient credit to finance the obligations derived from it in the year 2026, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 69 of the Order of December 17, 2020, which approves the Accounting instruction for the Junta de Extremadura.
