BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in the present BOJA. First. Call. The following line of subsidies is called for the year 2026, in the form of concession under a competitive competition regime, within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, in the maximum total amount specified and charged to the budgetary credits that are also indicated: Line Maximum Amount (euros) Budget item Aid aimed at the execution of health programs in Andalusia through the Groups of Livestock Health Defense. 6,875,000.00 1200010000G/71B/78204/0001 2007000656 Second. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries will be the Livestock Health Defense Groups (hereinafter ADSG) that are officially recognized and registered in the Single Livestock Registry of Andalusia, as well as in the National Registry of ADSG. Third. Object. Compensate the costs of actions for the prevention, control and eradication of animal diseases carried out by the ADSG and included in the regulations, national and regional programs, and health programs of the ADSG approved by the competent authority, which do not have community funding. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of December 18, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid aimed at the execution, through the Livestock Health Defense Groups, of health programs that do not have community financing under a competitive competition regime (BOJA no. 248, of December 29, 2023). Fifth. Amount. 1. The budget allocation of the subsidy line is that established in the first section of this extract. 2. The maximum eligible concepts and amounts are those established in the fifth provision of the call order. 3. Applications will be evaluated according to the following assessment criteria: number of farms, number of Livestock Units, veterinary staff to carry out health actions, percentage of completion of guides through the ADSG-web service and Telematic Guide of Andalusia, management of a cleaning and disinfection center for animal transport vehicles. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications for this call will begin on January 15, 2026 and will be 15 business days. Seventh. Other data. The application forms and other necessary information are published in this BOJA together with the call.
