By the Local Government Board on 12/19/2025, the REGULATORY BASES FOR GRANTING FINANCIAL AID TO MEET THE TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES OF LLORET DE MAR STUDENTS WHO CARRY OUT POST-MANDATORY STUDIES FOR THE 2025/2026 COURSE, and its call, were approved. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gov.es/bdnstrans) 1.- Granting entity: a) Body: Lloret de Mar City Council b) Department that processes the file: Education Section 2.- Purpose of the call: The purpose of the call is the granting of financial aid for the transportation costs of Lloret de Mar students enrolled in post-compulsory study courses in a public center depending on the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia or Catalan public university (degree university studies, higher degree training cycles, baccalaureate and degree training cycles Medium), to whom no other aid for the same concept applies, for the 2025/2026 academic year. The specific bases can be consulted at the Municipal Electronic Headquarters: https://seu.lloret.cat/taulerAnuncisPublic/listPublicacions 3.- Beneficiaries: Lloret de Mar students enrolled in post-compulsory study courses in a public center may be beneficiaries of the aid, depending on the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia or Catalan public university (University Degree Studies, Degree Training Cycles Higher, Baccalaureate and Intermediate Training Cycles), to which no other aid for the same concept applies, for the 2025/2026 academic year. 4.- Requirements to take part in the call: The following are essential requirements to be able to receive these aids: Be currently registered in Lloret de Mar and previously and uninterruptedly from the date of January 1, 2024. Be enrolled in courses either in a Higher Level Training Cycle, Baccalaureate, Intermediate Training Cycle or in a Bachelor's degree university study (enrolled, in the latter case, to a minimum of 30 credits), for the 2025/2026 academic year, in a public institute depending on the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia, in a public, subsidized or private University depending on the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia or in integrated or affiliated centers, outside the municipality of Lloret de Mar and have an academic record from the previous year with a minimum average grade of 5. Provide, the family unit of the student for whom the aid is requested, with a family income of less than 34,000.00 euros. At the time of requesting aid, not having a qualification of a level equal to or higher than the level of studies for which aid is requested.
