Official description of the call

BDNS: 876918 to 876921 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in this BOJA. First. Call. The aid corresponding to the interventions regulated in the Order of September 29, 2025, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at small and medium-sized companies (SMEs), and large companies, destined to make investments in the transformation, marketing and/or development of agri-food products within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Policy, are called for the year 2026. Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027 (Interventions 68422.01 and 68422.02). The following calls are made: - General call for Intervention 68422.01. Aid for investments in the transformation, marketing and/or development of agri-food products, aimed at small and medium-sized companies (SMEs). - General call for Intervention 68422.02. Aid for investments in the transformation, marketing and/or development of agri-food products, aimed at large companies. - Specific call for investments in the transformation, marketing and/or development of agri-food products in the fruit and vegetable sector, carried out by small and medium-sized companies, and by large companies. Companies that are registered in the Registry of Agri-Food Industries of Andalusia in the subdivisions: n)3º, ñ) 1º, ñ)2º, ñ)3º, ñ)4º and p)2º will be eligible for the specific call for the fruit and vegetable sector. Second.- Beneficiary persons 1. Persons or entities that comply with the provisions of section 4.a).2.º of the summary table. 2. Those applications that can qualify for it in accordance with what is indicated in the first resolution, and that have indicated it in their application, will be included in the specific call for the fruit and vegetable sector. 3. People or entities that opt ​​for the specific call in their application and have not been beneficiaries in said call will attend the general call for SMEs or Large companies with the rest of the sectors. Third.- Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of September 29, 2025, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and large companies, aimed at making investments in the transformation, marketing and/or development of agri-food products within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027 (Interventions 68422.01 and 68422.02). Fourth.- Amount. The maximum amount per beneficiary entity and call is 3,000,000 euros. The amount of the aid will consist of a percentage of subsidy on the eligible costs of the investment project, which will range between 40 and 65% in the case of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and between 30 and 50% in the case of large companies. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be two months from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia of the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
