Official description of the call
BDNS (identification code): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). First Beneficiaries The following may be beneficiaries of this aid: - Unions of Agricultural Cooperatives of the Community of Madrid, registered in the Registry of Cooperatives of the Community of Madrid Second Object Promotion of the activities of the beneficiary entities Third Regulatory bases This call is regulated by the regulatory bases approved by Order 1517/2013, of August 1, of the Ministry of the Environment and Territorial Planning, (Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 24, of September 17, 2013), which establishes the regulatory bases for aid to Agricultural Professional Organizations and Unions of Agricultural Cooperatives. Fourth Amount and financing of aid The competitive procedure is called, under Program 411A, subconcept 48099 "Other non-profit institutions", of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for 2026, for a maximum amount of 450,000 euros. The credit assigned to this call will be distributed, by groups of beneficiaries, as follows: - Expenses made by Unions of Agricultural Cooperatives of the Community of Madrid: 107,000 euros - Expenses made by Professional Agrarian Organizations: 343,000 euros. In the event that part of the endowment remains free in any of the aforementioned groups, once the distribution has been made, in accordance with the established criteria, the excess credit will increase the other group. Fifth Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications for this aid will be one month from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid.
