Beneficiary persons The insured persons, natural or legal, whose plots and/or farms are located in the territory of the Valencian Community, who have subscribed to the corresponding policy and meet the requirements established in article 3 of Order 25/2023, of August 31, of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, modified by Order 10/2025 of July 24, will have the status of beneficiaries. This aid scheme will not apply to companies in crisis, defined as those that meet the criteria established in Article 2, paragraph 18, of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of the Commission, of June 17, 2014, nor to companies that are subject to a recovery order pending after a previous decision of the Commission that has declared aid granted by the same Member State illegal and incompatible with the internal market, and persons or entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in paragraphs 2, 3 and 3 bis of Article 13 of the General Law of subsidies. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to financially compensate insured persons who subscribe to agricultural insurance policies included in the annual combined agricultural insurance plans.
