Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 18, General Subsidies, an extract of the resolution of November 26, 2025, of the General Secretariat, which calls for subsidies intended to promote the safety and health at work in companies in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2026, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). The twentieth resolution of the call resolution and the first paragraph of the fourth section of the extract of the call resolution establish that the total amount of the credit allocated to this call will be one hundred and ninety-four thousand nine hundred and ninety euros (€194,990.00), charged to budget application 14012.325A.770.00, expense project 20001339 "improvement of working conditions in companies", being the source of autonomous financing. On December 18, 2025, the ORDER of December 16, 2025 was published in DOE number 243, establishing the conditions and criteria for applying the extension of the General Budgets of the Community of Extremadura for 2024 in the fiscal year 2026. Generated a remainder in the amount of twenty thousand euros (€20,000.00), corresponding to the surplus credit of the Resolution of November 26, 2025, of the General Secretariat, which called for subsidies aimed at promoting safety and health at work for workers with disabilities in companies in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2026, a call that was finally void, the initial provision planned for the call for subsidies aimed at promoting safety and health at work in companies in the Community Autonomous Region of Extremadura for the year 2026 increases by this amount. Consequently, the final amount amounts to two hundred and fourteen thousand nine hundred and ninety euros (€214,990.00). Thus, once the distribution of the credits has been carried out, in accordance with the provisions of article 39.3 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, an announcement of the body responsible for approving the call must be published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, specifying the new allocation of the call for subsidies aimed at promoting safety and health at work in companies in the Community. By virtue of the foregoing, we proceed to modify the extract of November 26, 2025 and to announce the redistribution of the credits provided for in the call, so that the first paragraph of the fourth section of the extract, relating to amount, is worded as follows: “The total amount of the credit allocated to this call amounts to two hundred and fourteen thousand nine hundred and ninety euros (€214,990.00), financed with funds from the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, charged to budget application 14012.325A.770.00, expense project 20001339 “improvement of working conditions in companies” with a source of financing from funds from the Autonomous Community.”
