Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By resolution of the mayor's office of December 23, 2025, the aforementioned call has been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. OBJECT AND PURPOSE The purpose of this call is to establish the bases that regulate the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, with the purpose of financing projects that aim to promote equal treatment and opportunities and non-discrimination in people belonging to the LGTBI group during the year 2025. SECOND. REGULATORY BASES This call arises from the regulatory bases published in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) No. 229, dated November 28, 2025, under the title: “FINAL APPROVAL REGULATORY BASES SUBSIDIES FOR INFORMATION AND AWARENESS ACTIVITIES IN LGTBI GROUP”. THIRD. LINES OF ACTION This subsidy aims to promote, raise awareness and non-discrimination in LGTBI groups. This subsidy is included in the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the year 2025 of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, within Strategic line number 1 “Social Cohesion”. This line is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the 2030 Agenda: • SDG Goal 10 - Reduction of inequalities. • Goal 10.2 - Promotion of social, economic and political inclusion. ROOM. REQUIREMENTS OF BENEFICIARIES Non-profit entities, with their own legal personality and legally constituted prior to the date of approval of the corresponding call, that can develop or carry out programs, activities within the scope of the promotion of equal treatment and opportunities and non-discrimination in people belonging to the LGTBI group, may apply for and be beneficiaries of the subsidy regulated in these Bases, provided that they meet the following requirements: • Be domiciled in Azuqueca de Henares and registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. • The activity to be subsidized must have as final recipients the residents of Azuqueca de Henares and be developed within the municipal area. • Be up to date, if you have previously received subsidies from the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, in compliance with the obligations contracted by such concession, as well as in the reimbursement of subsidies, if applicable. • Be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations. • Be up to date with the payment of tax obligations, or any other type, with the Azuqueca deHenares City Council. • Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, as provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. The call, which will be published in the BDNS and an extract of it, in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara, according to the procedure established in article 20.8 LGS, will express the requirements to request the subsidy and the way to accredit them, according to article 23.2 e) of LGS, for which purpose it will indicate the documents and information that must accompany the applications, both those established in the LGS and the LGS Regulations and those that proceed in accordance with the subsidy modality. FIFTH. FINANCING AND BUDGET ITEM The maximum amount allocated for this call for subsidies will be €2,000, attributable to budget item 2311.489.01 of the municipal budget for Fiscal Year 2025. SIXTH.
