Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First. – Object. 1. The purpose of this order is to call for the granting of aid for the year 2026 for the implementation of training, information and demonstration actions covered by the intervention “Transfer of knowledge and training and information activities” (code 7201), of PEPAC 2023/2027, co-financed by the EAFRD. 2. The aid contemplated in this order has the generic purpose of improving professional training in the agricultural, forestry/environmental, agri-food and rural development sectors, with the transversal objective of modernizing the sector, promoting and sharing knowledge, innovation and digitalization in agriculture and rural areas, and encouraging its adoption. Second.– Beneficiaries. Providers of training, information and demonstration services that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: Be legal entities, for-profit or non-profit, directly related to the agricultural, forestry/environmental, agri-food and/or rural development sectors. To justify this relationship, the activity of the applicant entity during the two years prior to the publication of the call to which they attend will be taken into account. Entities, organizations or legal persons whose only relationship with these sectors is training, information and/or demonstration activities may not have the status of beneficiaries. Be established at least two years before the date of publication of the order calling for the aid to which they apply. Include training among its statutory purposes. Third.– Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for this aid have been established by Order AGR/639/2023, of May 11, (BOCyL no. 95 of May 19), which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the implementation of training, information and demonstration actions within the framework of the intervention “Transfer of knowledge and training and information activities” of the National Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Kingdom of Spain 2023/2027, co-financed by the EAFRD, corrected on June 5 (BOCyL no. 106), hereinafter basic order. Fourth.– Amount. These aid will be co-financed by the European Union through the EAFRD, by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of the Government of Castilla y León and by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. The expenses derived from the corresponding concessions will be charged to the budget structure 03.03.G/322C01/7701C, the amount foreseen in this call being one million euros (€1,000,000), of which €300,000 are allocated to courses on incorporation into the agricultural company and €700,000 to courses on the remaining topics Fifth. – Deadline for submission of requests. The deadline for submitting applications will be from January 1 to 16, 2026.
