PurposeThe following bases regulate the conditions for granting financial aid for structural rehabilitation actions: Rehabilitation actions of wooden structural elements whose purpose is to guarantee the structural safety of residential buildings. All of this, with the aim of promoting the carrying out of rehabilitation works in the oldest and most vulnerable built heritage of the city, favoring the structural adaptation of wooden structures to the needs and requirements of safety and functionality required today. Beneficiaries and requirements Those actions completed between November 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026 may be financed, in the terms provided in the specific annex. In any of the cases, these subsidies are excluded and, therefore, no person who has carried out the actions may be a beneficiary: - In buildings that have the RU-1, RP-10 or RP-24 rating according to the current General Plan of Urban Planning.- Without urban planning license or in contravention of its conditions if it exists.
