Subsidy line: K-biziak Program - aid for the rehabilitation of commercial premises in Irun All the documentation and information related to this call can be consulted on the Portal Internet of the Irun City Council www.irun.org. ObjectiveTo promote economic and commercial activity, the revitalization of the urban fabric, the creation of new companies and the opening of new businesses that are located in empty premises in the municipality of Irun, as well as the reform and modernization of existing retail businesses in the city. It is broken down into the following lines: - Line 1: Newly created commercial establishments less than 12 months old - Line 2: Commercial establishments more than 5 years old in Irun Beneficiaries and requirements - Line 1: natural or legal persons or communities of property, holders of a newly established economic activity, and/or of a newly opened establishment, which is carried out in a premises with direct access from the public road and under whose responsibility they are carried out works, installations and, in general, rehabilitation actions in the premises in which the economic activity of which they are the owners will be carried out.- Line 2: the persons, natural or legal, or communities of property, owners of commercial activities, who make investments aimed at the reform and/or modernization of the establishments in which they carry out the commercial activity or, in the premises to which they are going to transfer their activity, that meet the established conditions.
