Beneficiaries. The municipalities at risk of depopulation in the area of the Valencian Community, in accordance with article 15 of Law 5/2023, of April 13, comprehensive measures against depopulation and for territorial equity in the Valencian Community. Second. Purpose. Call for subsidies for the 2026 financial year to promote and encourage Clean Points in municipalities at risk of depopulation in the Valencian Community. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 23/2024, of September 16, of the President of the Generalitat, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies intended for the promotion and promotion of Clean Points in municipalities at risk of depopulation in the area of the Valencian Community, in accordance with article 15 of Law 5/2023, of April 13, comprehensive measures against depopulation and for territorial equity in the Valencian Community, modified by Decree 8/2025, of June 12, of the President of the Generalitat. https://dogv.gva.es/datos/consolidacion/2024/2024_10154_20250621_es.pdf Fourth. Amount The maximum estimated amount for the year 2026, intended to finance this call, amounts to 550,000.00 euros (five hundred and fifty thousand euros), charged to chapter VII, subsidy line S0179, application G01050403 and subprogram 125.B00 “Fight against depopulation and territorial cohesion”. The maximum amount of the subsidy, corresponding to the year 2026, for each entity that is a beneficiary, is established at twenty-five thousand euros (€25,000.00), VAT included. Its granting is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the budgets of the Generalitat. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
