CALL FOR GRANTS 2026 CULTURAL FESTIVALS
Summary
This grant is aimed at legal persons that do not develop economic activity, smes (small and medium enterprises). Scope: PRINCIPADO DE ASTURIAS. Budget: 441.000 €. Competitive concurrence - canonical.
Official description of the call
First.-Beneficiaries: Individuals or legal entities, associations, foundations or non-profit entities that are professionally dedicated to holding festivals may apply for these subsidies; as well as local entities, in the terms that are included in the specific lines of subsidies of each of the modalities. To acquire the status of beneficiary of the aid, it will be necessary to comply with the requirements established in article 13 of the General Law of Subsidies. Each applicant may participate in the call with a maximum of three projects for each line, and a maximum of two of them in each line may be subsidized. 1.,,Line 1: Non-profit entities for the celebration of large festivals. 1.1. Under line 1, any association, foundation or non-profit entity that has its registered office in the Principality of Asturias and that mainly carries out its activity in this Autonomous Community may apply for these subsidies. 1.2. Under this line, large festivals with amounts greater than €30,000 and up to €250,000 will be subsidized. 1.3. When it is an association, it must be registered in the Registry of Associations under Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association. 1.4. If it is a cultural Foundation, it must be registered in the Registry of Teaching and Cultural Foundations of General Interest of the Principality of Asturias, in accordance with Decree 34/1998, of June 18, regulating the same and in relation to Law 50/2002, of December 26, on Foundations, likewise, it must be up to date with its obligation to deposit annual accounts. 2.,,Line 2: Professionals and legal entities for the celebration of large festivals. 2.1. Under line 2, the natural person or legal entity that has its registered office in Asturias and that carries out its activity mainly within the Principality of Asturias may apply for these subsidies. 2.2. Under this line, large festivals with amounts greater than €30,000 and up to €250,000 will be subsidized. 23. The natural or legal persons who may benefit from this line of subsidy will be those who are professionally dedicated to the celebration of festivals and who, therefore, are registered with the Economic Activities Tax for this purpose. 3.,,Line 3: Local entities for the celebration of any type of festival. 3.1. Under line 3, local entities in the Principality of Asturias that celebrate festivals whose amount is between €6,000 and €250,000 may apply for this aid. 3.2. The provisions of Decree 105/2005, of October 19, which regulates the granting of subsidies to local entities under a public call regime, will apply to applicants who are considered Local Entities. 4.,,Line 4: Non-profit entities for celebrating festivals. 4.1. Under line 4, any association, foundation or non-profit entity that has its registered office in the Principality of Asturias and that mainly carries out its activity in this Autonomous Community may apply for these subsidies. 4.2. Under this line, festivals of amounts greater than €6,000 and up to €30,000.00 will be subsidized. 4.3.
