Mayor's Resolution 1271/2025, of December 30, of the City Council of Bornos, regarding the call for subsidies to Neighborhood Entities and Associations, whose corporate purpose is sports or sports-related activities, registered in the Registry of Associations of this City Council BORNOS CITY COUNCIL ANNOUNCEMENT Following this announcement, the bases that govern the aforementioned call are inserted. Applications: Within 15 business days following the publication of this Call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Bornos, December 29, 2025 The Mayor, P. D. Adrián Hidalgo Álvarez Decree 1328/2023, of July 19 CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO SPORTS ENTITIES AND ASSOCIATIONS REGISTERED IN THE REGISTER OF ASSOCIATIONS OF THIS CITY COUNCIL 1. Regulatory Bases These subsidies will be governed by the provisions of the present call; in the bases for the execution of the City Council's budget for the year 2025, in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; in the General Regulations of the Subsidies Law approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21; in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations; in Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid; in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the City Council, and in the remaining administrative law rules that may be applicable, and failing that, the private law rules. The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the Ordinance for the granting of subsidies published in BOP number 25 of 02-01-2005. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be on a competitive basis, through the comparison of the applications presented, in order to establish a priority between them in accordance with the evaluation criteria established in this call, awarding, with the limit set in the following point, those that have obtained the highest evaluation in application of the aforementioned criteria. 2. Conditional nature of the subsidies The granting of these subsidies is conditional (condition precedent) to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the 2026 budget year, in which the expense involved in paying them will be executed. 3. Budget Credits and estimated maximum total amount The aid granted will be paid, in accordance with budgetary regulations, against the 2026 financial year, in which the spending commitment will be acquired. For this reason, the budget application and amount indicated below have been enabled, in accordance with the estimate of credits for the year 2026: Fiscal Year Budget application Amount 2026 341,480.02 10,500 This maximum total amount is estimated, since it is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of resolution of the concession. In any case, the execution of the expense will be carried out in the same year in which the concession occurs. If the budgetary credit approved in the 2026 Budget is higher than the amount initially estimated, the managing body may decide whether or not to apply it to the call, after processing the corresponding expenditure file before the resolution, without the need for a new call. If said credit is not finally approved, the procedure will be annulled, publishing such agreement. In the event that the finally approved credit is lower, the resolution proposal must be adjusted downwards to the existing credits. The call may be approved in a budgetary year prior to the one in which its resolution will take place, provided that the execution of the expense is carried out in the same year in which the concession occurs and one of the following circumstances is met: a) There is normally adequate and sufficient credit for the budgetary coverage of the expense in question in the General Budgets of the State. b) There is adequate and sufficient credit in the Budget project
