ANNEX I First. Purpose: Granting, through a direct granting procedure, of financial aid to people in residential exclusion without sufficient economic resources, to facilitate their access to food from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The aid will consist of food in kind in accordance with the characteristics established in section six (6) of the regulatory bases. Second. Beneficiaries In this call, people who meet the requirements of the third section of the regulatory bases will be considered beneficiaries. Third. Beneficiaries In this call, the beneficiaries will be considered to be natural and legal persons subject to private law who are owners or managers of premises enabled as canteens where restaurant services are offered and who meet the minimum requirements set out in section 4 of the regulatory bases.
