BENEFICIARIES Children from 0 to 17 years old with an administrative and effective neighborhood in the municipality, as well as their legal representatives, who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: - Children and adolescents who are in foster care with an extended or educating family, as well as the sons and daughters of said families. - Children and adolescents who are at risk in accordance with art. 17 of the L.O. 1/1996, of January 15, on Legal Protection of Minors, partially modifying the Civil Code and the Civil Procedure Law. - Children and adolescents supervised by the Generalitat who are in residential care in the municipality. - Children and adolescents who belong to cohabitation family units who, at the time of requesting aid, are beneficiaries of emergency aid or the Valencian inclusion income, provided that there is an involvement of the family in the family intervention offered by the social services intervention team. - Children of cohabiting family units, who at the time of evaluation of the application do not have monthly economic income greater than the monthly amount of: For families with 1 children: 2 times the IPREM For families with 2 children: 2.1 times the IPREM For families with 3 children: 2.3 times the IPREM For families with 4 children: 2.5 times the IPREM Families with a person with 33% disability: 2.5 times the IPREM SECOND. PURPOSE The purpose of these bases, within the framework of what is established by Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies and by the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies approved by R.D. 887/2006, of July 21, is to define the conditions and procedure to be followed, under a competitive competition regime, for the application and granting of aid to support Children and Adolescents directed at coexistence units, the purpose of which is to facilitate children and adolescents with protection measures and children of families in situations of social vulnerability or social exclusion, access in a standardized manner to the leisure, sports and training activities that are considered necessary for that in moments of greater family vulnerability, the indications of the primary care intervention team can be carried out to overcome the problem that is interfering with the normalization, inclusion, autonomy of the family unit and that has an impact on the lives of the sons and daughters. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES Regulatory bases for the granting of “Aid to support Children and Adolescents” approved by agreement of the Plenary Session in an ordinary session held on February 4, 2021. FOURTH. AMOUNT The concept and amount of the aid will be classified as follows: - In periodic activities, 100% of the cost of the activity will be subsidized up to a maximum of €100 per month and up to a maximum of 12 months per child or adolescent. - In specific activities, 100% of the cost of the activity up to a maximum of €350 per year in the year. These activities can be curricular excursions from the educational center, summer, Easter or Christmas school and non-formal/non-regulated training courses. - If it is considered necessary for special protection of the child and with the assessment of the intervention team, this specific aid may be extended to an additional €350. FIFTH. FINANCING The financing of the aid regulated in these Rules will be charged to budget item 231.00-480.04 Childhood and Adolescence Support Aid, in chapter 4 of the budgets of the Puig de Santa María City Council for the year 2026, and will be conditioned, in any case, to the existence in said budgets of adequate and sufficient credit. For the year 2026, a provision of €10,000 is established to assume the cost derived from this type of aid. SIXTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for the submission of applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of Valencia, and until October 31
