BENEFICIARIES Beneficiaries of this aid may be those natural persons who have the legal status of a person with functional diversity residing in the municipality of Puig de Santa María, who meet the following requirements: 1. Be attached to the Health Center of the municipality of Puig de Santa María. 2. Have the legal status of a person with functional diversity recognized, to a degree equal to or greater than 33%. 3. That there are motor or sensory deficiencies in the applicant that entail a loss of autonomy, prevent or hinder mobility or communication through normal means. 4. Be under 65 years of age. 5. Have an individual or per capita family income less than three times the Public Multiple Effect Income Indicator (IPREM) for the year prior to the call, referring to fourteen monthly payments. SECOND. PURPOSE The purpose of these bases, within the framework of what is established by Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies and by the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies approved by R.D. 887/2006, of July 21, is to define the conditions and procedure to be followed, in a competitive competition regime, for the request and granting of personal aid for the prevention of risk situations or social exclusion and to encourage the promotion of the personal autonomy of people with functional diversity. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES Regulatory bases for Aid for Personal Development, Social Integration and/or Promotion of the Autonomy of People with Functional Diversity approved by agreement of the Plenary Session in an ordinary session held on December 4, 2018. FOURTH. AMOUNT a) Acquisition of technical aids and support products: maximum €1,200. b) Expenses for activities, services or resources for personal development, social integration and/or promotion of autonomy (excluding activities carried out at the municipal level): maximum €100/month. c) Transportation aid, assistance to treatments and care centers: maximum €60/month. FIFTH. FINANCING The financing of the aid regulated in these Rules will be charged to budget item 231.00-480.03 Functional Diversity Aid, in chapter 4 of the budgets of the Puig de Santa María City Council for the year 2026, and will be conditioned, in any case, to the existence in said budgets of adequate and sufficient credit. For the year 2026, an allocation of €10,000 is established for this type of aid. SIXTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for the submission of applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of Valencia, and until October 31, 2026.
