CALL FOR MUNICIPAL SCHOOL SPORTS AWARDS FOR THE 2025/2026 SEASON

Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias). FIRST: BENEFICIARIES According to art. 1, Natural Persons who meet the following requirements are considered Beneficiaries: a) Born between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2019. b) Participant in the Municipal School Sports Programs organized by the PMD, who meets the following requirements: Champion in one or more sports modalities within the competitions organized within the Municipal School Sports programs belonging to a School, Institute of Secondary Education, Entity or Sports club and Municipal Sports School. To obtain the status of beneficiaries, it is mandatory that the applicants (father/mother/guardian) are up to date with their tax obligations with the Fuenlabrada City Council. SECOND. Object. It is established in art. 1, this is the procedure for granting prizes (€40.00) in favor of school-age athletes born between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2019 who are champions in the Municipal School Sports programs organized by the Fuenlabrada Sports Board. The following categories and sports modalities are established: CATEGORIES: Prebenjamín: born between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2019 Benjamín: born between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2017 Alevín: born between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2015 Infant: born between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2013 Cadet: born between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2011 Youth: born between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2009 SPORTS MODALITIES: o Chess o Athletics o Rhythmic Gymnastics o Karate o Swimming o Table Tennis o Judo or Tennis THIRD. Regulatory Bases. The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council was initially published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. AMOUNT: the approved credit amounts to 3,390.00 euros, charged to budget application 2026-4069/341/48000. FIFTH. Application submission deadline. Its start is established from the business day following the publication of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, ending and will end on June 26, 2026. Said application and documents may be presented in the Registry of the Municipal Sports Board of Fuenlabrada, General Registry of Entries of Fuenlabrada City Council or in any of its Auxiliary Registries and in the registries and offices related to article 16.4 of the Law. 39/2015 of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. SIXTH: PAYMENT. The payment will be made by bank transfer to the account number stated in the documentation provided by the applicant, after approval of the concession. What is published for your information and other purposes, letting you know that this act exhausts the administrative route and against it you may file a contentious-administrative appeal before one of the jurisdictional bodies provided for in articles 8 and 10 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, within a period of two months counting from the day following the day of this notification. Without prejudice to the foregoing, you may, optionally, file an appeal for reconsideration before the same body that issued the act within a period of one month from the day following the day of this notification, in accordance with the provisions of articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Likewise, you may use any other resource provided for in the Law that interests you. The filing of the aforementioned resources does not, by itself, suspend the execution of the administrative act.
