Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/xxxx). First. Object 1. The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases for aid for investments in reforestation with hardwood and/or coniferous species, which will be granted on a competitive basis, and to call for this aid for the year 2026 (procedure code MR605D). 2. Within the framework of this order, the aid provided for in Intervention 6883 – productive forest investments – included in the Strategic Plan of the common agricultural policy of Spain 2023-2027 (PEPAC) is included, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), through the following sub-interventions: a) Sub-intervention 6883_01 – productive forest investments_1, intended to finance actions of productive reforestation with hardwood species (LINE II and LINE III). b) Subintervention 6883_02 – productive forestry investments_2, intended to finance productive reforestation actions with coniferous species (LINE I) Second. Regulatory bases ORDER of December 30, 2025 establishing the regulatory bases for aid, in competitive competition, for investments in reforestation with hardwood and/or coniferous species, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain for the period 2023-2027, and are convened for the year 2026 (Procedure code MR605D) Third. Beneficiaries 1. Beneficiaries will be the natural or legal persons who are owners of the land subject to aid, meaning owners, tenants or managers. 2. Companies in crisis or those with a pending recovery order following a Commission decision declaring aid illegal and incompatible with the internal market may not be beneficiaries. 3. Beneficiaries must comply with the obligations established in article 11 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies, and not be subject to any type of disqualification of aid provided for in article 10. Furthermore, they must not be subject to any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. 4. The communities of neighborhood forests in common hands (hereinafter CMVMC) to be able to access this aid must be legally constituted and registered in the Provincial Registry of CMVMC, in accordance with the provisions of article 57 of Decree 260/1992, of September 4, which approves the regulations for the execution of Law 13/1989, of October 10, of neighborhood forests. in common hands, and comply with the provisions of article 125 of Law 7/2012, of June 28, on the mountains of Galicia and in Decree 23/2016, of February 25, which regulates the reinvestment of the income obtained by the CMVMC in forest advancement and protection actions, at the latest, the day on which the aid application period ends. 5. The forests of varas, abertales, of voices, of vocerío or of fabeo must comply with the provisions of article 126 of Law 7/2012, of June 28, of mountains of Galicia and in Decree 16/2024, of January 18, which regulates the legal regime and the registration of mountains of varas, abertales, of voices, of vocerío or of fabeo 6. The active forester must be registered in the corresponding registry as established in the Order of April 26, 2022, which develops the electronic processing of applications for recognition as a jointly managed forestry group and as an active forester (procedure code MR608C). However, in accordance with the exception provided for in article 4, beneficiaries may be those who have submitted the registration application within the deadline for submitting aid applications, provided that they are registered before payment of the aid. 7. Joint management forestry groups must be registered in the corresponding registry, as established.
