Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Only those that meet these requirements will be able to obtain the aid that is managed through this call: - non-profit entities - that have headquarters or delegation in the province of Valladolid - that are registered in the Registry of Social Entities of the Junta de Castilla y León or, where appropriate, that the statutes of the entity include among their purposes, objectives that coincide with the First Base of this call prior to the publication of this call. Verification of compliance with this last requirement will be carried out ex officio by consulting the corresponding Registry or by verifying the statutes. Second. Object. The granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to private non-profit entities in the province of Valladolid for the development of social action projects that aim to influence a specific social or socio-health problem, through actions included in any of the following project typologies: social action and community intervention, universal accessibility, social insertion and community participation, support for people with disabilities in the exercise of their legal capacity, prevention, awareness, protection, assistance, self-help, reintegration, solidarity, volunteering, global citizenship, training, dissemination or research, as long as they are carried out in the territorial area corresponding to the municipalities of less than 20,000 inhabitants in the province of Valladolid. Third. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the provisions of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (LGS), in Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the General Subsidies Regulations (RGS), and by the rest of the applicable legislation. This call is made in accordance with the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Valladolid Provincial Council, approved by Plenary Agreement dated February 24, 2006, and published in BOP No. 54, dated March 6, 2006 and is framed within the Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Valladolid Provincial Council, year 2026, which is included as an annex to the general budget (D.A. First BEP 2026) approved by the Plenary Session initially in the session held on November 29, 2025 and whose objective is the development of projects regarding social action. Room. Amount. The total amount of the subsidies may not exceed the amount of two hundred thousand euros (€200,000.00), recorded in item 502.23102.48303 of the General Budget of the Provincial Council for the year 2026. As this call is subject to early processing, and in accordance with the provisions of art. 56.2 RGS, the granting of aid will be conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the General Budget of the Provincial Council for the year 2026. The maximum amount per subsidized project, in accordance with the provisions of the fifteenth base, may not exceed 10,000.00 euros. Said budget credit will be distributed as follows among the different subsidy lines: LINE A) Physical, mental or sensory disability, active aging, prevention of dependency and promotion of autonomy. A total of 75,000.00 euros. LINE B) Socio-health field aimed at people with a common illness or condition. A total of 39,500.00 euros. LINE C) Women and equal opportunities. A total of 20,000.00 euros. LINE D) Solidarity, social volunteering and global citizenship. Community intervention projects for the prevention, protection and participation of children and adolescents A total of 20,000.00 euros. LINE E) Social inclusion of people and families in a situation and/or risk of vulnerability. A total of 34,500.00 euros. LINE F) Area of drug addiction, including non-substance addictions. A total of 11,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days, counting from 00:00 hours of the day following the day in which the announcement of the call is published in extract in the Official Gazette of the Province, until 2:00 p.m. of the thirtieth calendar day. When the last day of the deadline is a non-business day, the filing deadline will be deemed extended until 2:00 p.m. on the first following business day. HE
