Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http: //ww w.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for the aid line for projects included in the renewal of populations in rural areas. This call is published under DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. The call will be applicable to the populations within the territorial scope of action of the ADEVAG Local Action Group, which includes the following municipalities, minor local entities and districts: Acedera, Cristina, Don Álvaro, Don Benito, Guareña, Madrigalejo, Manchita, Medellín, Mengabril, Rena, San Pedro de Mérida, Santa Amalia, Valdetorres, Villagonzalo, Valverde de Mérida, Villanueva de la Serena, Villar de Rena, Los Guadalperales, El Torviscal, Gargáligas, Hernán Cortés, Ruecas, Valdehornillos, Vivares, Torrefresneda, Entrerríos, Valdivia, Zurbarán, Puebla d e Alcollarín, Palazuelo, Conquista del Guadiana, Yelbes. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the Leader axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Final recipients of the aid Municipalities, Minor Local Entities and Comprehensive Associations with territorial scope in the area of ​​action of the Adevag Local Action Group that promote non-productive projects that aim to improve the quality of life of the rural population will be considered beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid. Third. Regulatory bases. DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 60,000 euros will be allocated and will be paid from the budget application 120030000/G/314A/78000/FR23771900/20230313, in accordance with the availability of credit recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. The intensity of aid may reach a maximum of 100% of the eligible expenditure, with a limit of 30,000 euros per project. In any case, no beneficiary may receive aid greater than €30,000.00. In the case of local entities that have a district, the municipality may also present projects for these districts, with a limitation of 15,000.00 euros per project. In any case, no beneficiary may receive aid greater than €15,000.00. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be TWO MONTHS counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
