Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/xxxx). First. Object 1. The purpose of this order is to establish the bases that regulate aid for actions to promote and support forestry groups for joint management of forest producers, under a competitive competition regime, and to call them for the year 2026 (procedure code MR608F). The purpose of this order is to establish a promotion measure for the creation of joint management forestry groups of forest producers (hereinafter AFGC) and to support those already established and registered in the corresponding registry through two lines of aid: Line I: aid for the creation of joint management forestry groups of forestry producers through any legal figure of a civil or commercial nature, which promotes, promotes and launches sustainable and diversified joint management initiatives of land dedicated to forestry activity. Depending on the type of AFGC we can have help for: Line I-bas: aid for the creation of basic joint management forestry groups (hereinafter AFGC-basic) Line I-ter: aid for the creation of joint management forestry groups on a territorial basis (hereinafter AFGC-territorial) Line II: aid for the support of joint management forestry groups of forest producers already created and registered in the corresponding registry for the implementation of new processes or activities not previously carried out, aimed at reinforcing the activity of the AFGC and its organizational, technical and commercial capacity. 2. This order is part of Intervention 7191 - Cooperation projects to promote producer organizations or groups - Subintervention 7191_01 - Jointly managed forestry groups - contained in the Strategic Plan of the common agricultural policy of Spain 2023-2027 (PEPAC) and co-financed with the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). This measure contributes to the objectives of promoting cooperation, grouping and increasing the economic and commercial dimension of forestry organizations, in accordance with the provisions of the PAC 2023-2027 Strategic Plan. Second. Regulatory bases ORDER of December 30, 2025 establishing the regulatory bases for aid, in competitive competition, for the promotion and support of joint management forestry groups of forest producers, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain for the period 2023-2027, and are convened for the year 2026 (Procedure code MR608F). Third. Beneficiaries 1. The beneficiary entities of Line I (aid for the creation of AFGC of forest producers) will be: a) Non-profit associations established for the assistance, support and advice to the owners or holders of the rights to use land in the planning of forest management and in the joint management and marketing of their uses, provided that they are made up of people who own the indicated rights within the Autonomous Community of Galicia. b) Civil societies and communities of property. c) Cooperatives and other social economy entities. d) Agrarian transformation companies. e) Commercial companies regulated in the legislation of capital companies. f) Forestry development societies. g) Any other entity whose objective is the recovery, jointly, of forest lands, that wishes to register as an AFGC and whose activity is carried out on forest lands within the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of Galicia. Within Line I, the applicant entity must choose between: 1- Line I-bas (aid for the creation of basic joint management forestry groups): the surface of the group must belong to a minimum of 3 different owners and must add up to a minimum surface area that, depending on the typology, will be: - Masses of deciduous hardwoods, cork oaks and holm oaks: 10 hectares - Masses of conifers: 25 hectares. - Other masses or mixed masses: 50 hectares 2- Lí
