Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16. q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database, (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es), and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. It consists of an annual payment per eligible animal to active farmers in one of the following sectors: associated aid for extensive beef cattle farmers, associated aid for the fattening of calves on the birth farm, associated aid for the sustainable fattening of calves, associated aid for the sustainable production of cow's milk, associated aid for sheep and goat farms, associated aid for the sustainable production of sheep and goat milk and associated aid for livestock farmers with farms. in an extensive and semi-extensive regime of sheep and goats without pasture at their disposal and grazing on stubble, fallow and horticultural remains. Second. Beneficiaries. Owners of farms who request in a timely manner a single associated aid contemplated in Chapter III of Title III of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27, may be beneficiaries of this aid. They must meet: a) The requirements that determine the figure of active farmer, in accordance with Chapter I of Title II of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27. b) The specific requirements established for each sector in Chapter III of Title III of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27, in the same agricultural area in a given campaign. c) Maintain ownership of the farms on which the animals eligible for aid are located, during the dates on which their eligibility is determined and in any case until the end date of the application modification period for each year. Cases of changes in ownership of the livestock farm that have taken place before the end of the application modification period will be excepted from the condition of maintaining ownership during the dates on which the eligibility of the animals is determined. In such cases, the new owner will receive the aid for all the animals present on the holding that has undergone a change of ownership during the dates on which their eligibility is determined, regardless of whether the ownership of the animals on those dates belongs to the new or the previous owner. d) In order for an animal to generate the right to receive any of the aid described, it must be identified and registered in accordance with the provisions set out in part IV, title 1, chapter II, section 1, of Regulation (EU) number 2016/429, of the European Parliament and of the Council of March 9, relating to communicable diseases of animals and by which some acts on animal health are modified or repealed ("Legislation on animal health") e) Exploitation The one to which the animals eligible to receive the aid belong must comply with the provisions established in Royal Decree 479/2004, of March 26, which establishes the General Registry of livestock farms. For these purposes, all producers in the cattle and sheep-goat sectors who request any of the aid in article 1 must indicate in form 1 the REGA codes where the animals have been or will be kept throughout the year, including temporary pastures. Furthermore, in the case of farmers who request the help of fattening cattle, they must also indicate the REGA codes where the animals have been since October 1 of the previous year. Third. Regulatory bases. Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27, on the application, from 2023, of interventions in the form of direct payments and the establishment of common requirements within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy, and the regulation of the single request for the integrated management and control system. Room. Amount. The aid for a total amount of 83,500,000.00 euros will be allocated to budget application 120040000 G/313A/470.00 FA23000001, expenditure project 20230305, with the following breakdown
