Official description of the call
First. OBJECT The purpose of these rules is the regulation of the granting of aid from the new Provincial Current Expenditure Plan for the year 2026 that arises with the purpose of facilitating the processing of a set of subsidies from the Provincial Council of Valladolid, grouping them in a single call, financing the current expenditure of Local Entities with less than 20,000 inhabitants of the province of Valladolid for the year 2026. The Grouped lines are those of Sports Activities, PIJ Maintenance, Socio-Cultural Entertainer, Municipal Bands and Music Schools, Leisure and Free Time Monitors, Cultural Activities, the unconditional line of the Activities and Services Fund. Second. BENEFICIARIES All municipalities in the province of Valladolid with a legal population of no more than 20,000 inhabitants may be beneficiaries of this call, according to official population data approved by Royal Decree 1210/2024, of November 28, by which the population figures resulting from the review of the Municipal Register referring to January 1, 2024, published in BOE no. 299 of 12/12/2024. The beneficiaries by subsidy lines are the following: Line a) Personnel expenses associated with the development of sports activities of the Town Councils: Town Councils with a population equal to or greater than 750 inhabitants and less than 20,000 and Town Councils with less than 750 inhabitants, through Groups of Municipalities whose resulting population is equal to or greater than 750 inhabitants and Town Councils that, having consolidated the sports technician position because they are beneficiaries of this subsidy, do not have the 750 inhabitants. Line b) Personnel and operating expenses for the activity of the Youth Information Points: Town councils with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants that have PIJ. Line c) Personnel and operating expenses of the activity carried out by the sociocultural entertainers: Town councils with a population equal to or greater than 750 inhabitants and less than 20,000 and Town councils with less than 750 inhabitants, through Groups of Municipalities whose resulting population is equal to or greater than 750 inhabitants and for Town councils that, having consolidated the position of sociocultural entertainer because they are beneficiaries of this subsidy, do not have 750 inhabitants Line d) Personnel and operating expenses associated with the promotion of musical activities and musical training: Town councils with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants. Line e) Personnel and operating expenses of the activity carried out by the Leisure and Free Time Monitors: Town councils with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants. Line f) Expenses for projects and activities that contribute to the development of culture in the province of Valladolid: City councils with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants and Minor Local Entities of the Province. Line g) Personnel Expenses and Operating Expenses of Town Councils: Town Councils with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants and Minor Local Entities of the Province. Hiring personnel will be subject to what is legally established by the State Budget Law for the year 2026 and current labor regulations. Third. ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES AND EXPENSES The following activities will be eligible for subsidies: Line a) Personnel expenses that, within the scope of the City Council's sports activities, are carried out between 01/01/2026 and 12/31/2026 will be eligible. The current expenses to be financed according to Order HAP/419/2014 of December 14 and EHA/3565/2008 of December 3, which approve the structure of the budgets of local entities, are as follows: Chapter 1. The activities carried out by eligible personnel will be the following: Collaborate in the planning, design and development, within the scope of their competence, of the socio-sports animation activities and projects with submission, where appropriate, to the guidelines contained in the Provincial Sports Plans or similar instruments. Manage the implementation of animation projects in their field of action, organizing the resources and actions necessary for their promotion, development and supervision. Collaborate in the programming of the teaching of individual physical-sports activities.
