Official description of the call

Extract from the Decree dated January 22, 2026 of the Cassà de la Selva City Council which approves the call for the year 2026 for subsidies for the development and rehabilitation of buildings and facades. First. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of the subsidy will be the people or entities that carry out rehabilitation works in the buildings related to the purpose of this call that prove by means of a responsible declaration that they are not subject to any prohibition established in article 13 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies, and specifically they will have to prove that they are up to date with the payment of tax obligations with the Cassà de la Selva City Council or accreditation of be exempt, as well as not have other subsidies pending reimbursement. Second. Purpose The rehabilitation works of the following buildings will be subject to subsidy: - Buildings included in the Catalog of Protected Assets of Cassà de la Selva, buildings located in the area defined by the POUM of Cassà de la Selva as the old town and “farmhouses” located on non-developable land with respect to which it is proven that they are older than 80 years and meet the following requirements: a) That they are cataloged in any of their levels of protection in the Catalog of Protected Assets of Cassà de la Selva, which are buildings located in the area defined by the POUM of Cassà de la Selva as the old town, or farmhouses located on non-developable land with respect to which an age of more than 80 years is proven. b) That at least 15 years have passed since the date of issuance of the final work certificate (in the case of farmhouses, an age greater than 80 years is proven). c) Lack or deterioration of services, facilities or elements of the building, or value for technical services. - Facades of any of the buildings located throughout the municipal territory. - Buildings in the municipal territory where works are carried out to improve access and remove architectural barriers. Third. Regulatory bases The call is made in accordance with the regulatory bases published in BOP number 84, of May 2, 2018. Fourth. Amount The total budget allocation is 10,000 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications Subsidy applications will be submitted to the City Council at the same time as requesting the corresponding building permit or submitting the works communication, as appropriate. Once the works are completed, the final work certificate (if applicable) and supporting invoices will be provided. The deadline to submit said documentation ends on November 1, 2026.
