PUBLIC CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES FOR PRIMARY NECESSITY PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIES OF BASIC SERVICES

Official description of the call

1. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are initially approved by Plenary Agreement of January 20, 2022 and are published in the BOP of Girona no. 18 dated January 27, 2022. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be governed by the non-competitive competition regime until the credit of the budget item is exhausted. 2. Budget credit The budget application against which the subsidies are allocated is 231 48002 charitable and assistance services of the 2026 municipal budget and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is five thousand euros. 3. Object, conditions and purpose of the subsidy The object of the subsidy is to help families in the municipality who suffer economic difficulties as a result of the general crisis and the increase in the price of basic supplies. 4. Requirements to apply for subsidies and how to accredit them 1. Prove residence in the municipality of Campllong prior to the date of approval of these subsidy bases. 2. Prove, for family or cohabitation units, monthly income that does not exceed the thresholds of the following table: Number of people in the family unit - Maximum level of monthly income 1 - €950 2 - €1,425 3 - €1,520 4 - €1,615 5 - €1,710 6 - €1,805 7 or more - €1,900 As The following types of income will be taken into account: - Income from work as an employee - Profits and losses from self-employment - Pensions, subsidies and social benefits - Income received by minors as alimony. In the event that the family unit is subject to paying rent or mortgage for the family home, the amount of monthly income must be considered by deducting the amount of this expense with a limit of €350. For the purposes of these bases, family or cohabitation units will be considered those constituted by a group of common cohabitation - according to the municipal registry - by marriage or a similar stable relationship; or relationship by consanguinity, adoption or affinity up to the second degree; or by legal appointment as guardian. Taking into account the typology of this aid and its specific specificity of social benefits, to obtain the status of beneficiary it is not necessary to prove compliance with the requirements established in article 13.2 of the LGS. 5. Body competent for the investigation and resolution The body competent for the investigation of the file will be the councilor responsible for the area of ​​health and social welfare or another person to whom he or she delegates, together with an administrative assistant of the City Council. The competent body for the resolution of subsidies will be the Mayor's Office. 6. Deadline for submitting applications and documentation Interested parties can make the corresponding request to the City Council from the day following the opening of the call, until December 15 of the year of the call or until the credit of the budget application linked to the subsidy is exhausted. The documentation contained in the regulatory bases of the subsidy must be attached to the subsidy application. 7. Eligible period Aid can be requested for expenses dated December 15, 2025 until December 15, 2026. 8. Resolution and notification period The resolution and notification period for each concession will be a maximum of one month from when all the documentation required by the City Council or the Basic Social Services of primary care is provided, except in especially complex cases that are duly justified. 9. End of the administrative route The act of resolution of the subsidy exhausts the administrative route. Against this resolution, an optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed before the Mayor's Office of this City Council, within a period of one month from the day following receipt of the notification, or directly a contentious-administrative appeal before the Administrative Litigation Court of Girona, within a period of two months, counting from the day following receipt of the contentious-administrative jurisdiction. 10. Means of notification or publication Notifications will be carried out in the place and by means that the applicant states for this purpose in their application, taking into account what is established in art. 40 et seq. of Law 39/2015, of
