Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. To participate in the call, the participating education centers must meet the following requirements: General requirements: 1. Not be involved in any of the cases referred to in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 2. Be up to date with the obligations with the Tax Agency, with Social Security and with tax debts and other public law income with the Ames City Council. 3. Be up to date with payment of the obligations for reimbursement of any subsidy or prize previously granted by this City Council. Specific requirements of the call: - Be a public educational center for early childhood, primary and secondary education of the Ames City Council. - Design an audiovisual, artistic, technological or maker project carried out within the educational field with innovative free themes. Second. Object. These awards aim to bring the world of innovation closer to citizens, to collaborate as a link between citizens and innovation companies and to promote innovation training in educational centers. Third. Regulatory bases. Mayor's Decree 258/2026, of 01/30/2026, by which the “IV Innovames Educational Projects 2026 Award” is announced. Room. Amount. The “IV Innovames Educational Projects Awards 2026” are designed with the objective of offering the educational community a basis to implement training, entrepreneurship and innovation. For this, in this edition the following prizes are distinguished: - First prize: 1,700 euros - Second prize: 1,500 euros - Third prize: 1,200 euros - Fourth prize: 900 euros - Fifth prize: 700 euros - Sixth prize: 500 euros No educational center may receive more than one prize established in the first three positions. If a center is classified with a project in first, second or third place, and at the same time submits another project to the competition with the option to be awarded, that second project will be eligible for the corresponding prize according to its classification starting with the fourth prize. Fifth. Place and deadline for submitting applications. Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting candidatures will be from the day following the publication of the extract of the rules in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña until February 15, 2026 inclusive. Applications submitted outside the deadline indicated in the previous paragraph will not be accepted. Place of presentation In accordance with article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, legal entities are obliged to interact with public administrations through electronic means. The applications, along with the rest of the documentation, will be submitted to the electronic headquarters of the Ames City Council (https://sede.concellodeames.gal/GDCarpetaCiudadano/welcome.do) using the standardized models that are included as annexes to this call. They may also be submitted through any other means referred to in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Sixth. Other data. Documentation. To request participation in the awards, the following documentation must be provided: - Annex I of this call duly completed and signed by the representative of the educational center (director). - Certificate from the school secretary indicating the ownership of the school center management. - Photocopy of the NIF of the educational center. - Application report: A summary report of the project that supports your application must be provided. The report must not exceed 6 pages and must contain the following information: a) Name of the center presenting the project. b) Author or authors of the project. c) Explanation of the project d) Supporting audiovisual material (videos, photos, etc.) e) Technologies used (if applicable) - Photography or graphic representation of the project. 1080x1080dpi format. Candidates must state in their application all the issues that they consider should be assessed in their proposal. Each participating educational center may send a maximum of 2 projects.
