Beneficiaries 1. Persons residing in the Autonomous Community of Galicia who have a national identity document (DNI) or foreigner's identity number (NIE) and who are in one of the following cases may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) Be in the 21st week or later of pregnancy between January 1 and December 31, 2026. b) Have daughters or sons born between January 1 and December 31, 2026. c) Have the adoption, permanent foster care established or be declared in custody for adoption purposes of one or more minors up to three years of age between January 1 and December 31, 2026. 2. Likewise, Galicians and their descendants who are in any of the two previous cases and, having resided outside of Spain, may benefit from the aid, return to Galicia during the year 2026. 3. Persons who are deprived of or wholly or partially suspended from the parental authority of their children, by means of a final judicial resolution, or whose guardianship or custody was assumed by the competent bodies in matters of child protection, may not be beneficiaries. Second. Object 1. This order aims to establish the bases by which the granting of financial aid will be governed for families that in the year 2026 have a child, adopt, are declared in foster care for adoption purposes or permanently foster one or more minors up to three years of age and for those others who are entitled to the amounts regulated in article 4.2, as well as for those women who in the year 2026 are in the 21st week or later of gestation. 2. Likewise, it is the object of this order to proceed with its call for the year 2026 (procedure code BS403B). 3. The aid will be made effective through the Benvida card, which can only be used in pharmacies, parapharmacies, opticians, bookstores, supermarkets, food stores and childcare establishments or establishments specialized in articles and products for children that have an establishment open in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Galicia. Third. Regulatory bases Order of January 21, 2026, which establishes the bases by which the granting of financial aid will be governed, through the Benvida card, in the cases of pregnancy, birth, adoption, custody for adoptive purposes or permanent foster care in the year 2026 and proceeds to its call (procedure code BS403B). Room. Financing 1. The resulting final credit allocated to this aid is may increase in the event that it is insufficient to meet all the requests received that meet the requirements established in this order. This credit may be extended when the increase is derived from any of the assumptions provided for in article 31.2 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies. The increase in credit will be conditional on the declaration of its availability as a result of the circumstances indicated in said article. Fifth. Amount of aid 1. In general, the total amount of aid is €1,200.00 for each son or daughter for one year, at a rate of €100/month. In the event that the son or daughter who entitles the aid is the third or subsequent member of the family unit, the amount of aid will be €2,400.00, at a rate of €200/month. This aid will be made effective as follows: a) Year 2026: a single payment with the corresponding amount depending on the month of birth or, where appropriate, the issuance of the adoption resolution, custody for adoption purposes or permanent family foster care of one or more children.
