SUBSIDIES TO PROMOTE CHILDREN'S PARTICIPATION IN LEISURE AND SPORTS PROGRAMS. 1. Object. The subject of this call is the regulation of subsidies aimed at promoting children's participation in two programs: Sports camps and camps: organized by local non-profit leisure, cultural or sports associations, during the summer of 2026. LEK School Sports Program, academic year 2026-2027. 2. Beneficiaries. Families residing in Arrasate may apply for subsidies regulated in these bases. For the purposes of this financial aid, cohabiting units with minors in their care will be considered a family. 3. Requirements to meet. 1.- Conditions. To receive the subsidy, families must meet the following requirements at the time of registration: a) Residing in Arrasate. The gross annual income may not exceed the following amounts: – 2-person cohabitation units: €21,836. – coexistence units for 3 people: €28,387. – Cohabiting units of 4 or more people: €32,754. c) All members of the coexistence unit must be up to date in the payment of municipal fees, penalties and taxes. The City Council will verify ex officio compliance with the requirements of sections “a” and “c” corresponding to this point. It will be considered that the applicant authorizes the verification of the aforementioned data when submitting the grant application. 4. Documentation to present. Together with the application form and DNI, NIE or passport, the applicant family must present a copy of the latest income tax return of all the members of the family unit required to present it. Failing that, a certificate issued by the Foral Treasury that certifies that it is not mandatory to submit the income tax return. In addition to this certificate, in the case of employed persons, a document on the total gross income received for all concepts, corresponding to the last financial year and issued by the company or employing party. Proof of all income and aid corresponding to said year (pensions, benefits, subsidies...) must also be presented. 5. Place and deadline for submitting applications. Applications can be submitted electronically or in person at the BAZ Citizen Service (Arano eta Garcia maisu-maistrak street, 8). Application deadlines: Sports colonies and campuses: from the publication of this call until June 30, 2026. LEK School Sports: from September 15 to October 31, 2026. 6. Administrative unit in charge of processing. Applications will be processed by the Youth administrative unit. 7. Distribution of the subsidy. Once the applications have been received, compliance with the requirements set out in point 3.1 will be checked at the time of submitting the application. Applications will be resolved in order of presentation, as long as the requirements are met. Said resolution will be duly notified to the interested person, whether it is approved or not. When the application or the mandatory documentation that accompanies it presents an error or is deemed incomplete, the interested person will be required to correct the observed defects within a period of ten days, counted from the day following the notification. Once the granted period has elapsed without having proceeded to correct it, the subsidy application will be considered withdrawn, and the procedure will be archived without further ado. 8. Justification of subsidies. Subsidies will be justified by the documents required in article 4 of these specific bases, to be presented together with the subsidy application. 9. Payment method. Families awarded this subsidy will benefit from a 90% discount on the participation fee in the camp, sports campus or LEK School Sports program. The remaining 10% will be paid by the family. For sports camp or camp programs, the maximum amount of aid will be €218 per boy or girl.
