CALL FOR THE YEAR 2026 FOR THE GRANTING OF AID TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO ALLEVIATE SITUATIONS OF EXTREME NEED AND/OR SOCIAL EXCLUSION OF GETARIA Article 1. Purpose and requirements to be met. The purpose of this subsidy is to subsidize the 2026 call for the granting of aid to individuals and families to alleviate situations of extreme need and/or social exclusion in Getaria, charged to the credits provided for in the Budgets of the Getaria City Council. This subsidy will be processed and awarded in accordance with the conditions established in the ordinance regulating the granting of aid to individuals or families to alleviate situations of extreme need and/or social exclusion of Getaria, published on July 13, 2023, among citizens who meet the requirements established in articles 2 and 3 thereof. In the event that other aid is received, the total amount may not exceed the cost of the subsidized activity. If this occurs, the amount of the subsidy to be granted under these bases will be reduced so as not to exceed the established limit. Article 2. Budget item and allocation. The total amount of the subsidies to be granted in this call will be 10,000.00 euros, which will be materialized in item 2200.480.231.00.03, of the General Budgets of the Getaria City Council for the year 2026. Article 3. Documentation to be presented and deadline. — Deadline for submitting applications: from the next day of publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa, until November 30, 2026, both inclusive. Once the requests made have been examined, if the documentation needs to be corrected, a new period of 10 business days will be available. — Place of submission of applications: Applications in person at the reception of the City Council or electronically (B@k-Q, electronic DNI, Izenpe card... a digital certificate is required) from the website https://labur.eus/OqT1U can be requested through a "General Application". Also in other places established by Law 39/2015. — Documentation to present: To request this call there is no specific instance, but rather help is requested at the City Hall's entry registration or on the website www.getaria.eus Article 4: Payments. — The payment: will be the one corresponding to the year 2026, that is, the expenses incurred between January and December and once all the documentation has been justified. — Amount of the subsidy: It will be calculated as indicated in the ordinance in its article 13. Article 5. Resolution and notification. The granting of subsidies will be carried out by the procedure established in article 11 of the Ordinance, by Mayor's Resolution. As long as the beneficiaries meet the established requirements and justify it. The resolution of the subsidies will put an end to the administrative procedure and the maximum period for issuing and notifying will be three months from the request. Failure to resolve within the stated period will result in the rejection of the application submitted. The resolution of the procedure will be notified to the interested parties in accordance with the provisions of article 40 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions contained in article 43 of the same. Article 6. Resources. Against this call, interested parties may directly file a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of Donostia-San Sebastián within a period of two months from the day following its publication. However, individuals may file an optional appeal for reconsideration before the body competent to approve these bases, within a period of one month from the day following their publication. In such case, no contentious-administrative appeal may be filed until an express resolution of reconsideration is issued or its presumed dismissal occurs. However, any other appeal may be filed as deemed appropriate.
