Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The following may qualify for the status of beneficiary of this aid: a) In the case of actions included in the interventions of points a) and b) of the second section of this resolution, beekeeping cooperatives and representative organizations with their own legal personality made up mostly of beekeepers, who must meet the following requirements: i) Be the owner of a beekeeping operation in the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha, including those of shared ownership contemplated in the Law. 35/2011, of October 4, on shared ownership of agricultural holdings. ii) Have been carrying out the beekeeping activity prior to January 1 of the year of submission of the aid application, with the exception of those who had started the activity through a change of ownership of farms in registered status prior to that date or those who, being the same owner, change the main location of the farm while maintaining the activity within Castilla-La Mancha, in the event that the transfer is to or from another autonomous community, this exception will not apply. In addition, the creation of associative figures or legal entities made up of beekeepers who were beekeepers before January 1 of the year of submission of the application, or the creation of shared ownership farms in which one of the members was a beekeeper prior to that date, will be exempt from the previous requirement. In these cases, a certificate issued by the regional agricultural office of the territorial area where the main location of the beekeeping operation is located will be attached to the application, reflecting the traceability of the beekeeping operation (REGA). iii) Have carried out the mandatory annual census declaration corresponding to the previous campaign of the aid campaign. iv) Carry out at least one treatment per year against varroosis, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 608/2006, of May 19, which establishes and regulates a National Program to combat and control honey bee diseases and in the terms specified in Resolution 02/07/2020 of the General Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock, which approves the Castilla La Beekeeping Health Plan. Stain. Those applications whose mandatory treatments are not carried out in the date range indicated by the legislation will be excluded from the aid. Likewise, these treatments will be excluded from aid if they have not been recorded in the virtual livestock unit (UGV) before January 31 of the application campaign. The treatments will be presented by the virtual livestock unit and recorded by the veterinarian responsible for the farm; In the event of carrying out a second Varroa treatment and requesting its financing, this will be recorded before the end of the eligible period, that is, July 31 of each beekeeping campaign for which it is requested, it is not necessary to provide the certification issued by the farm veterinarian or, where appropriate, by the authorized or qualified veterinarian, of the performance of these treatments against Varroa when presented by the UGV. Along with the recording of the treatment date, the recipes will be provided in PDF and the corresponding annotations in the treatment book. The fields to be filled out in the virtual livestock unit will be the date of treatment, the number of hives treated to justify the treatment used, identifying the association to which it belongs if applicable, the commercial name of the treatment used, the number of containers and the recipe number. v) Have a responsible veterinarian appointed, who must be authorized in accordance with the provisions of Decree 21/2004, of February 24, which regulates the authorization of veterinarians in Castilla-La Mancha, for the certification of the requirements demanded by veterinary regulations (DOCM no. 33, of 03/10/2004). vi) Have civil liability insurance for beekeeping activity, in force throughout the beekeeping campaign. vii) Comply with the rest of the provisions contained in Royal Decree 209/2002, of February 22, which establishes rules for the management of beekeeping farms. b) In the case of the actions included in subsection b) points 3, 4 and 5, subsection c), and subsection d) of the second section of this
