Official description of the call
First.-Beneficiaries. These subsidies may be requested by: The regions, for the operation and activities of the Regional Consumer Information Offices. The Zaragoza City Council, for the operation and activities of the Municipal Consumer Information Office. Second.-Object. The purpose of this Order is to call for the granting of subsidies to the entities that make up the Local Administration in Aragon, to finance: Operation and activities of the publicly owned Consumer Information Offices dependent on the Local Entities of Aragon. Third.-Regulatory bases. ORDER PEJ/357/2025, of March 24, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies managed by the Department responsible for consumption, intended for the entities that make up the Local Administration in Aragon, in relation to the Consumer Information Offices. Fourth.-Amount. The maximum total amount of aid for the year 2026 will amount to 365,000 euros, charged to budgetary application 10190 G/4431/460016/91002 (Local Entity Offices of Consumer Information) of the Budget of the Department of the Presidency, Economy and Justice for the year 2026. In the event that subsidies can be granted for an amount additionally, it will not require a new call; The effectiveness of the additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit as a consequence of the circumstances indicated in article 58.2 of the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. Fifth.-Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting subsidy applications is ten business days from the day following the publication of the Extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Aragon.
