Aid for carrying out Short Stays in other Research Centers, within the "Severo Ochoa" Program for training in research and teaching in the year 2026

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries Those who are currently beneficiaries of aid from the Severo Ochoa program may be beneficiaries, regardless of the year of granting, provided that aid has not previously been obtained for more than two short stays. Aid cannot be requested for more than one stay per year. In this call, aid may be requested during the first year of concession. Second.- Purpose The carrying out of short training stays in centers other than the center of application of the aid granted, of recognized prestige, with the purpose of carrying out learning tasks in research laboratories, acquisition of new instrumental techniques and other activities directly linked to the training or improvement plan for which the aid was granted. Third.- Regulatory bases They are approved by Resolution of June 3, 2016, of the Ministry of Education and Culture, (BOPA of June 10), modified by Resolutions of July 27, 2016 (BOPA of August 2) and October 30, 2018 (BOPA of November 7) Fourth.- Amount The call will be financed from the application budget 14.05-422D-782.022 "Promotion of scientific research" of the General Budgets of the Principality of Asturias for 2026, for an amount of 200,000 euros. The maximum total amount of aid may be complemented with one hundred thousand euros (€100,000)) from other credits that can be reallocated, generated, incorporated, or with credit extensions, after this Resolution. This additional budget allocation will be published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. The possible increase in the amount of financing allocated to the call will not imply in any case the opening of a new period for submitting applications. The maximum aid to be granted to each beneficiary for the short stays requested throughout the year will in no case exceed 3,000 euros, all concepts added together, and will take the form of aid in the amount of 40 euros per day counted from the day of departure to the day of return, both inclusive, to which will be added aid for travel with the following limits: "If the travel is made to a center located in a European country belonging to the EU or to EFTA: up to 600 euros. "If the trip takes place outside of these countries: up to 1,200 euros. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be extended by one month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Sixth.- Other information In the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias (https://sede.asturias.es) the Form is published that can be located by entering the code AYUD0081T01 in the search engine of the header (located in the upper right part of the page) in which you will find the standard application form and the possibility of starting the application electronically.
