Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Natural persons who meet the following conditions on the date of submission of the application may obtain the aid managed through this call: a) Be registered and effectively reside in a private address in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants at least 6 months prior to the date of submission of the application. If from the social investigation it is deduced that the person, despite being registered in a municipality with less than 20,000 inhabitants, does not actually reside in that municipality, or another in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants and the cohabitation unit of the applicant will be found in a CEAS corresponding to another municipality with more than 20,000 inhabitants, the requirement to be a beneficiary will not be deemed to have been met. b) Have a recognized dependency situation through a resolution of the competent autonomous body. However, as this is an open call with several partial resolutions, due to the principle of conservation of acts, this requirement will be deemed to have been met if, after the aid application is made, the status of Dependency is recognized through the corresponding Resolution, provided that this occurs before the end date of the application submission period for this call. This point will be verified ex officio by the technical staff of the Area of Social Services and Equal Opportunities. c) Be over 65 years of age or have a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% issued by the Unit for Assessment and Care of People with Disabilities of the Government of Castilla y León (formerly the Base Centre). However, as this is an open call with several partial resolutions, due to the principle of conservation of acts, this requirement will be deemed to have been met if, after the aid application is made, the Disability Assessment is recognized through the corresponding Resolution, provided that this occurs before the end date of the application submission period for this call. This point will be verified ex officio by the technical staff of the Area of Social Services and Equal Opportunities. d) Not having been a beneficiary of the aid that is the subject of this call in those corresponding to the years 2024 and/or 2025, except in the case of minors with disabilities. e) That the annual reference income of the applicant does not exceed 3 times the annual amount of the Multiple Effects Public Reference Indicator (IPREM multiplied by 14). The reference income will be determined in the Economic Capacity Report contained in the corresponding dependency file of the applicant. However, in the case of minors, the reference income will be considered to be that corresponding to their family unit, being considered as such the income made up of their parents and siblings who live at home. In this case, the reference income will be calculated by adding the total income of the family unit for the year 2024 divided by the number of eligible members at a rate of one for the first two members and 0.3 for the remaining members. To determine the income of the family unit, the general tax base and the savings tax base of all members who have submitted the 2024 Personal Income Tax Return will be computed. In the event that they have not submitted the 2024 Personal Income Tax return, the data will be obtained from the 2024 Personal Income Tax imputation certificate. f) In the event that the requested aid involves the performance of works and/or acquisition of equipment or permanent elements for the home, It will be necessary: 1- That it is the habitual residence of the applicant and that they actually reside there. 2- That the home is rented by the applicant or belongs to him or her in ownership or usufruct, or to his or her spouse or de facto partner, or to a relative up to the 2nd degree by consanguinity or affinity. 3- That the home is located in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants. g) That the aid requested is directly related to the situation of dependency and favors the personal autonomy of the elderly or disabled person.
