Official description of the call
and on the website of the Provincial Council of Palencia (http://www.diputaciondepalencia.es) in the “Subsidies and Aid” section. First. - Beneficiaries: The Town Councils of the rural areas of the province of Palencia. Minor Local Entities whose territorial scope is included in the municipal area of the Town Councils indicated in the previous section. Second. -Object: Granting of subsidies to Local Entities in the rural areas of the Province of Palencia, for the expansion or improvement of existing industrial land for public promotion in the province of Palencia. Industrialization is encouraged in the municipalities of Tierra de Campos, in response to the commitment of the Provincial Council of Palencia with the measures of the Territorial Development Program for Tierra de Campos, included in ORDER IEM/1444/2024, of November 25, which approves the Territorial Development Program for Tierra de Campos (2024-2031). Actions carried out between November 1, 2025 and October 30, 2026 will be eligible for subsidies. Third. –Eligible actions: The execution of new works, reforms or renewal of the urbanization of existing industrial estates, such as paving and improvement of accesses, equipment, supply, sanitation, public lighting, supply of electrical energy, telecommunications, as well as other investments that provide added value to the estate. Room. - Amounts: The amount of the subsidy amounts to €302,000.00, recorded in the following budget applications, corresponding to the Budget of this Corporation for the year 2026: Line 1. The budget application 35.42201.76201.094 corresponding to the Municipal Councils Promotion and Industrial Development Subsidy, with an initial credit of 200,000.00 euros and the budget application 35.42201.76801.094, corresponding to the Subsidy for Minor Local Entities Promotion and Industrial Development, with an initial credit of 1,000.00 euros. Line 2. The budget application 35.43902.76201.81 corresponding to Subsidy Municipalities polygons territorial program Promotion for Tierra de Campos, with an initial credit of €100,000.00 and the budget application 35.43902.76801.81 corresponding to Subsidy minor local entities Polygons Territorial Program Tierra de Campos with an initial credit of €1,000.00, to specifically favor and promote industrialization in Tierra de Campos. In no case will the amount granted in Line 1 be greater than 60% of the accepted budget and up to a maximum limit of €50,000. In no case will the amount granted in Line 2 be greater than 70% of the accepted budget and up to a maximum limit of €60,000. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting from the month following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, extending said deadline until the first following business day, when the last day is a Saturday or holiday.
