First.- Beneficiaries Those who have previously been beneficiaries of forestation aid, after the calls published during the years 1993 to 2013. Second.- Purpose To call for the compensatory premium corresponding to the 2026 annuity for the forestation files of agricultural lands granted under the Rural Development Program of Castilla y León during the programming periods 1993-1999, 2000-2006 and 2007-2013. Third.- Regulatory bases Order MAM/39/2009, of January 16, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the first afforestation of agricultural land, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), within the framework of the Rural Development Program of Castilla y León 2007-2013, published in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León" on January 20, 2009, corrected by Order MAM/39/2009, of January 16 and modified by Order MAM/100/2010, of February 3; by Order MAM/196/2011, of February 24; by Order FYM/101/2012, of February 10; and by Order FYM/41/2013, of January 21. The aid will be granted under the budget application, annuity and amount of the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León for the year 2026 detailed below: Annuity Budget application Amount 2026 04.08.456A01.770.58 €275,000 2. The aid called for by this Order will be financed with charge to the EAFDER, the General Budgets of the State and the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León, in the co-financing percentages that will be detailed in the resolutions granting the aid. Fifth.- Deadline for submission Request for payment of the compensatory premium: from the day following the publication of this extract in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León" until April 30, 2026, inclusive.
