Official description of the call
First: Call for applications Subsidies are called for the 2026 financial year to support high-level athletes in the municipality of Lucena. Second.- Object, conditions and purpose of granting the subsidy. The aid called here is intended to promote the preparation and participation in official top-level sports competitions of high-level Lucentine athletes. The projects to be subsidized must refer to merits obtained by the athletes between January 1 and December 31, 2025 Third.- Requirements of the Beneficiaries All those people who meet the requirements set forth in the Fourth Base of those that govern the concession procedure may be beneficiaries. Fourth.- Regulatory Bases. This Call is governed by the General Ordinance Regulating the Consolidated Text of the General Ordinance Regulating the Bases for Granting Subsidies of this City Council (BOP Córdoba No. 147, of July 31, 2025), hereinafter, the Municipal Ordinance, applying to what is not provided for in them by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, its Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, the Bases for Execution of the Budget of the Lucena City Council for the year 2026 and Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, without prejudice to other provisions that by their nature are applicable. Fifth.- Amount. The granting of this aid will be conditional on budget availability. The maximum amount of aid to be granted amounts to 5,000 euros, charged to budget application 501.3410.48050 of the General Expenditure Budget of this City Council for 2026. The individualized amount of the aid will be determined by the application of the assessment criteria indicated in the call. Sixth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 days from the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba.
