Official description of the call

First.-Beneficiaries: Companies and artisan workshops, natural or legal persons, that: a),Have their production center in the territory of the Principality of Asturias may be beneficiaries of the aid regulated in this resolution. b), Have their tax and social domicile in the Principality of Asturias. c), They are registered in the Registry of Companies and Crafts Workshops of the Principality of Asturias or have completed registration, on the date of publication of the resolution calling for these subsidies in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. In the second case, the registration must be resolved positively prior to the formulation of the proposed resolution for granting this aid. Second.-Purpose: Expenses for attending fairs and for professional development courses outside the regional scope. Third.-Regulatory bases: Resolution of November 21, 2024, of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, Industry and Economic Development, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to companies and artisan workshops of the Principality of Asturias for attendance at fairs and professional specialization courses outside the regional scope (Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias No. 236, of December 4, 2024). Fourth.-Amount: Total amount: €50,000 (fifty thousand euros) charged to budget application 1404.622C.476,000, extendable up to €40,000 (forty thousand euros) when the circumstances provided for in article 58.2 of the Regulation of the General Subsidies Law are met. The maximum amount of the subsidy to be received will be 70% of the value of the subsidized concepts of each project and in no case may the maximum limits per beneficiary set below be exceeded: a., The maximum subsidy amount for visits to fairs abroad may not exceed 1,200 euros per visit and company or artisan workshop. b., In any case, the maximum subsidy amount for all eligible concepts will not exceed 5,000 euros per applicant per year. Fifth.-Deadline for submitting applications: The deadlines for submitting applications distributed by phases will be as follows: o, 1st phase: From the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias of the extract of this resolution until April 30, 2026. o, 2nd phase: from May 1 to June 30, 2026. o, 3rd phase: from from July 1 to September 30, 2026. Sixth.-Other information of interest: The presentation of the documentation as well as the complementary documentation will be carried out in the terms provided in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In this regard, this rule establishes in its article 14.2 the obligation to interact through electronic means to carry out administrative procedures for legal persons, entities without legal personality, those who carry out a professional activity for which mandatory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity, those who represent an interested party who is obliged to interact electronically with the Administration. If any of the required requesting entities submits the application in person, it will be required to correct it through electronic submission. For these purposes, the filing date will be considered to be the date on which the correction was made. The application together with the required documentation may be submitted: or, Through the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias https://miprincipado.asturias.es, indicating in the search engine the procedure number AYUD0042T01 or, Through the electronic records of any of the subjects referred to in article 2.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. or, By any of the means regulated in article 16.4 of the aforementioned Law 39/2015. To submit applications, any of the identification and signature mechanisms admitted by the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias may be used, or, National Electronic Identity Document, or, Certificates from the National Currency and Stamp Factory (FNMT) or, Certificates from the General Council of Asturias.
