Official description of the call
First. – Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries may be natural persons who, on the final date of submitting applications, are over 65 years of age or have reached 25 points or more on the Dependency Assessment Scale (BVD) or have a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%; and meet the rest of the requirements established in Base 3 of the Call. Second. - Object. The purpose of the call is to grant individual financial aid for the acquisition of support products and making adaptations at home aimed at promoting the personal autonomy of dependent, elderly or disabled people, aimed at guaranteeing them the performance of basic activities of daily living and maximum integration, improving their well-being and promoting their mobility, communication and participation in the social and economic life of their environment. Third. – Eligible actions. Eligible expenses are those destined to carry out the works or adaptations and to the acquisition or rental of the support products indicated in Base 4 of the Call, as long as they have been carried out and paid by the applicant or beneficiary of the aid from October 1, 2025 until two months after receipt of the advance payment. Room. – Amount. The total amount of the subsidies amounts to 100,000.00 euros. Fifth. – Deadline for submitting applications. From the day following the publication of the Call in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE PROVINCE until September 30, 2026. If the last day of the period is a non-business day (Saturday or holiday), it will be understood as extended until the first following business day. Sixth. – Annexes and documentation. The annexes and other documentation corresponding to this call will be available to interested parties on the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Palencia http://sede.diputaciondepalencia.es (PUBLIC INFORMATION/Subventions and Aids/SOCIAL SERVICES) and on the Provincial Council's website, https://www.diputaciondepalencia.es (SERVICIOS/Subventions and Aids).
