Extract from the call: Call for subsidies to promote Citizen Participation and Associative strengthening intended for Foundations, Associations, Federations, Confederations and non-profit entities, whose data is listed below: Beneficiaries: non-profit entities (associations, federations of associations, confederations, foundations), which carry out activities and actions within the framework of these subsidies. Purpose: The call has a double purpose. On the one hand, finance projects, activities or actions that promote Citizen Participation, including, where appropriate, the acquisition of equipment, furniture and computer equipment necessary for the implementation of the projects, activities or actions to be carried out. On the other hand, generically strengthen associations through support for the maintenance and operation of facilities and services at corporate headquarters, in order to guarantee the continuity and efficient and effective functioning of associative entities. Citizen Participation is understood as the exercise of the right of citizens to participate in the public decision-making process and in the preparation, execution, monitoring and evaluation of public policies. Regulatory bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria (Official Gazette of the Province No. 166 of December 26, 2008), Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and its Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006 of July 21, and the principles of Law 39/2015, of 01 October, Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Amount: Maximum of €390,000.00. Deadline for submitting applications: TWENTY CALENDAR DAYS, counting from the day following the publication of the Call.
