Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit Cultural Associations based in municipalities of the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants whose main statutory purpose is the carrying out of purely cultural activities and which are registered in the corresponding registry. Second. Object. Financing the operation and carrying out activities of Cultural Associations during the period of time from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. ? Total amount: 70,000.00 euros. ? Maximum amount per beneficiary: 2,500.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 30 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the B.O.P. from Valladolid. Sixth. Other information of interest. Eligible expenses: expenses related to the operation and development of activities that are carried out in the period of time from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026, and have not been subsidized in the previous call. The following expenses will be eligible for subsidies: transportation, maintenance and protocol, hiring of artistic and cultural services, acquisition of consumable goods, rental of necessary goods, advertising, lodging, insurance, and training. Personnel and operation and maintenance expenses of the association only after accreditation that they are essential for the adequate preparation or execution of the activity, which correspond to the period in which the subsidized activity is actually carried out, and up to a maximum of 10% of the subsidy granted. In addition to the expenses excluded according to the LGS, investment expenses will not be eligible for subsidies. - Compatibility: yes, although the three lines of subsidy managed by the Education and Culture Service of the Provincial Council of Valladolid aimed at cultural associations in 2026 will be incompatible with each other, that is, subsidies for the operation and development of activities and those specific to dance groups and music bands. - Applications: online: https://www.sede.diputaciondevalladolid.es/tramites-disponibles/02S213/ - Documentation: as provided in the tenth base of the call. - Assessment criteria: uniqueness and quality of the project (cultural interest of the project, trajectory of the entity, and recipients of the project), population of the municipality where the association is located, number of members and balanced budget of expenses and income of the subsidized activities. - Payment method: after justifying the expense. - Form of justification: through the presentation of a report and a classified list of expenses, in the terms provided in the twentieth base of the call. Only expenses incurred in the period of time from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026 may be justified. Therefore, activities carried out after this last date may be the subject of the next call for subsidies to cultural associations that is approved by this Provincial Council. - Maximum justification period: November 10, 2026. Once the maximum justification period has elapsed without having submitted it, the beneficiaries will be required to present it within the non-extendable period of 10 business days, with the warning that failure to do so will result in the loss of the right to receive the subsidy.
