Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. – Town councils of the province with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants that own first cycle Nursery Schools (0-3 years) registered in the Registry of Children's Centers for the Reconciliation of Family and Work Life in Castilla y León, except for the Centers included in the “CRECEMOS” program. Second.- Object. – The object of the call is the granting of subsidies to partially finance the current expenses derived from the operation of the Municipal First Cycle Nursery Schools, undertaken between January 1 and October 30, 2026. Third.- Eligible actions. – The grants awarded may finance the operating expenses of the municipally owned first cycle Nursery Schools, considering eligible expenses, among others, personnel expenses, general operating expenses and food expenses for the students. Fourth.- Amount. – The total amount of the subsidies amounts to 66,000.00 euros. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. – The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty calendar days, counting from the day following the day on which the extract of the call takes place in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE PROVINCE. If the last day of the period is a non-business day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), it will be deemed extended to the first following business day. Sixth.- Annexes and documentation. – The annexes and other documentation corresponding to this call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Palencia (https://sedeelectronica.dip-palencia.es/siac/Procedimientos.aspx).
