The purpose of these subsidies is to influence the social cohesion of the municipality by promoting the employment of unemployed people and their integration into the business, industrial and commercial fabric of Viladecavalls. These Rules are intended to regulate the granting of subsidies to companies, self-employed workers and non-profit entities that hire unemployed people residing in the municipality of Viladecavalls, registered in the SOC office and/or in the municipal labor exchange and new self-employed workers, all of them with headquarters in Viladecavalls, in accordance with the provisions of these Rules. 3.- Conditions to be a beneficiary 3.1.- Any natural or legal person, of a private nature, who carries out an economic activity and has the legal capacity to sign an employment contract that meets the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the subsidies: Have a work center or registered office and/or fiscal address in Viladecavalls. Be up to date with your tax obligations with the Viladecavalls City Council, Tax Agency and Social Security. Formalize an employment contract with the person hired subject to the subsidy in accordance with current labor regulations and that has the minimum salary of the agreement for the sector of the company's activity. They have not dismissed a worker of the same profile or professional category that they will hire, classified as inadmissible or void by the judicial body, in the 3 months prior to the hiring date for which the subsidy is requested. Have all the relevant licenses granted, or if necessary, must be in process. They will not be able to transfer the hired personnel from whom the help will be obtained to third parties. Not having been sanctioned, in a final resolution, for the commission of a serious infraction in matters of labor integration of the disabled or a very serious one in matters of labor relations or in matters of safety and health at work, during the year prior to the call, in accordance with the Consolidated Text of the Law on infractions and sanctions of the social order, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2000, of August 4, or, if they have been sanctioned, they have applied the corrective measures provided for and paid the amounts required by this concept. Not being in any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. Not be in the event of company or related succession. It will be presumed that there is a connection between companies when any of the cases of persons especially related to art. 42 of the commercial code, art. 93 Bankruptcy Law 22/2003 of July 9 or the assumptions regulated by the Royal Decree
