First. Beneficiaries: Local municipal sports clubs that have a current collaboration agreement with FUNDELP or the Paterna City Council at the time of the application, that are in the situation that legitimizes their concession and that meet the requirements indicated in the regulatory bases and in the call may be beneficiaries of the aid. Second. Purpose: The purpose of the aid will be to collaborate in the financing of the contracting of a fiscal, labor, accounting and administrative management service for local sports clubs that maintain current collaboration agreements signed with FUNDELP or with the Paterna City Council at the time of the application. The aid will apply to interventions carried out in the period between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026, provided that the expenses for said period have not been subsidized by FUNDELP in previous calls. Expenses incurred during the validity of the collaboration agreement signed between the CLUB and the Paterna City Council or FUNDELP will be eligible for subsidies. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases for the aid intended for tax, labor and accounting advisory services for local sports clubs have been approved by the Paterna City Council Plenary Agreement dated April 26, 2023 published in the BOP Valencia No. 89 dated 05/10/2023, and are published on the website www.esport.paterna.es, as well as on the notice board of the aforementioned Foundation. Other information: Management services provided by those offices that have specialized personnel with a minimum qualification of graduates or graduates in law, economics or business administration will be eligible for subsidies.
