Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of this aid: 1. Line 1: Subsidies for projects by LGTBI non-profit entities that promote equal treatment, opportunities and non-discrimination of people belonging to the LGTBI group and their families. Non-profit entities, legally constituted and active, that, in their statutes, contemplate as objectives, purposes or principles, the commitment to equal rights and non-discrimination based on sexual orientation, sexual identity and/or gender expression in LGTBI people and their families. Likewise, they must be registered in the corresponding registry, according to their legal personality, that they carry out activities within the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha and that they have a headquarters or delegation with a physical presence in the region. 2. Line 2: Subsidies for the visibility of the LGTBI associative movement of Castilla-La Mancha. Non-profit entities, legally constituted and active, that, in their statutes, contemplate as objectives, purposes or principles, the commitment to equal rights and non-discrimination based on sexual orientation, sexual identity and/or gender expression in LGTBI people and their families. Likewise, they must be registered in the corresponding registry, according to their legal personality, that they carry out activities within the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha and that they have a headquarters or delegation with a physical presence in the region. 3. Line 3: Subsidies for projects of local entities that promote diversity, favor equal treatment, opportunities and non-discrimination of people belonging to the LGTBI group and their families. The local entities of Castilla-La Mancha. Second. Object. The purpose of these subsidies is the financing of projects that promote equality and non-discrimination of people belonging to the group of lesbians, gays, transsexuals or trans, bisexuals and intersex or belonging to LGTBI families, as well as the carrying out of activities that favor the visibility of the LGTBI associative movement of Castilla-La Mancha. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 19/2026, of February 4, of the Ministry of Equality, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to promote equality and non-discrimination of people belonging to the LGTBI group and visibility of the LGTBI associative movement of Castilla-La Mancha, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 29, of February 4, 2026. Fourth. Amount. The maximum amount to be granted in this call amounts to: 150,000 euros, with the following distribution: a) In line 1 the total expense amounts to 60,000 euros that will be attributed to the budget application 11060000/G323B/48000 corresponding to non-profit entities. The total amount of the subsidy is 5,000 euros per beneficiary entity and the advance payment will be 100 percent of the total amount, without prejudice to the provisions of article 15.4 of Order 19/2026, of February 4. b) In line 2, the total expense amounts to 33,000 euros, which will be allocated to budget application 11060000/G323B/48000. The total amount of the subsidy is 1,800 euros per beneficiary entity and the advance payment will be 100 percent of the total amount, without prejudice to the provisions of article 15.4 of Order 19/2026, of February 4. c) In line 3, the total expense amounts to 57,000 euros that will be allocated to the budget application 11060000/G323B/46000 corresponding to local entities. The total amount of the subsidy is 5,000 euros per beneficiary entity and the advance payment will be 100 percent of the total amount, without prejudice to the provisions of article 15.4 of Order 19/2026, of February 4. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counting from the day following the publication of this call resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, in the model shown in Annex I, which will be accompanied by the duly completed annex describing the project.
