Official description of the call
BDNS XXXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries. Natural persons, individually or as a group or collective without legal personality, who meet the following requirements: a) Be residents in the Community of Madrid. b) Be considered young people, with applicants under 35 years of age on the last day of submission of applications being considered as such. c) Not having received aid for the same purpose in any of the two previous editions, neither individually nor as a member of a group or collective. Second. Object. Promote creation in the field of visual arts, promote the work of young artists and promote their access to professional life. Applicants may present works from any of the fields of plastic creation, whether completed works or unpublished projects, with theme, technique and materials freely chosen by the artist. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order 2501/2016, dated June 28, of the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Government Spokesperson (B.O.C.M. no. 174, of July 22, 2016). Room. Amount. The amount of the call amounts to 30,000 euros. The aid will have the same amount for all beneficiaries, and may not individually exceed 3,000 euros. Any applicable tax withholdings will be made on the amount of the aid. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Fifteen business days counted from the day following the publication in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID of the extract of the Call Order. Sixth. Payment, delivery of works, exhibition and catalogue. Payment will be processed in advance without the requirement to establish guarantees, as necessary financing to carry out the subsidized project, before the delivery of the work for exhibition in the "Plastic Arts Circuits of the Community of Madrid." Said payment will be subject to the tax withholdings that, if applicable, are applicable. The original work must be presented in perfect condition and with the necessary elements for its assembly in the Young Art Room, of the General Subdirectorate of Fine Arts, of the General Directorate of Cultural Promotion of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sports, located at Avda.
