BDNS: XXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA: First. Call. The following line of subsidy is called for the year 2026, in the form of concession under a competitive concurrence regime, within the scope of the Department of Employment, Business and Self-Employment, in the maximum total amount specified and charged to the budgetary credit that is also indicated: Eligible Line Budget Item Maximum amount (2026 annuity) Line 7. Associationism 1400018069/G/72C/48706/ 00 01 €1,826,000.00 Total €1,826,000.00 Second. Beneficiary entities. The entities provided for in article 3.1.a) of the Order of June 6, 2014 may be beneficiaries. In any case, the requesting entities must meet the requirements established in article 3, section 2, letters a) and b), of the Order of June 6, 2014, and not fall into any of the circumstances established in section 4 of that article. Third. Object. In general, the purpose of Line 7 is to improve the positioning and representativeness of the Andalusian social economy. The specification of the purpose of the subsidy appears in the regulatory bases. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime within the scope of the Ministry of Employment, Business and Self-Employment, approved by Order of June 6, 2014. Fifth. Amount of subsidies. The maximum amount of the individual subsidy may be up to one hundred percent of the eligible expenses incurred by the entity in its ordinary activity. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days and will begin the day following the day of publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, of the extract of this call, in accordance with the provisions of article 20.1 of the Order, of June 6, 2014, which regulates this call. Seventh. Other data. The applications and necessary documentation will be submitted electronically from the website https://juntadeandalucia.es/organismos/empleoempresaytrabajoautonomo/servicios/procedimientos.html, in the manner provided for in the regulatory bases and in the call.
