Official description of the call
BDNS (identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio). First. Beneficiaries Depending on the type of aid requested, the following people may be beneficiaries: MR404A. Establishment of young farmers. Subintervention 68611_01 Agricultural incorporation: natural person who is between 18 and 40 years of age, has the appropriate professional capacity and skills and settles on an agricultural farm for the first time as head of said farm. MR405F. Aid for investments in modernization and/or improvement of farms. Agricultural holdings. Subintervention 68412_01 Farms: owner of agricultural farm linked to the simultaneous application for establishment aid for young farmers. Second. Objective Establish the regulatory bases for the granting of aid, under a competitive competition regime, for young farmers, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the common agricultural policy of Spain 2023-2027, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), and call them for the year 2026 (procedure codes MR404A and MR405F). Third. Regulatory bases Order of February 26, 2026 establishing the regulatory bases for aid intended for young farmers, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the common agricultural policy of Spain 2023-2027, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), and are called for the year 2026 (procedure codes MR404A and MR405F). Room. Amount of aid. Depending on the type of aid requested, the aid amounts are as follows: a)MR404A. Establishment of young farmers. Subintervention 68611_01 Agricultural incorporation. The amount of aid will be 30,000 euros, which may be increased to 70,000 euros depending on the application of the women criteria, exploitation located in areas with natural mountain limitations or in the Natura 2000 Network, ecological exploitation and shared ownership. a)MR405F. Aid for investments in modernization and/or improvement of farms. Agricultural holdings. Subintervention 68412_01 Exploitations. The amount of the aid will be 30% of the eligible costs, which may be increased to a maximum of 65%, with a maximum of 75,000 euros/UTA and a limit of 250,000 euros/beneficiary. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one (1) month, which will be counted from the day following the publication of the order in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
