MANAGING BODY OF THE MUNICIPAL WOMEN'S FOUNDATION OF THE HEIFER. CÁDIZ CITY COUNCIL, YEAR 2026 FIRST. Beneficiaries: LGTBI Associations and non-profit entities, with headquarters in the city of Cádiz, that consider among the objectives of their statutory activities the development of actions for the defense of the rights, equal treatment and non-discrimination of LGTBI people. SECOND. Purpose: The regulation of the granting of subsidies, within the budgetary limits that are specified, to LGTBI associations and non-profit entities, with headquarters in the city of Cádiz, which include among the objectives of their statutory activities the development of actions for the defense of the rights, equal treatment and non-discrimination of LGTBI people, as well as establishing the procedure to which they must undergo in their processing, granting, acceptance and justification.
