Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Sports clubs and/or sports promotion and recreation entities with headquarters in municipalities in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants, which are registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of the Junta de Castilla y León, may obtain the aid managed through this call. To determine the population of the municipalities, the latest data published by the National Institute of Statistics will be taken into account as of the final date for submitting applications. Second. Object. For the year 2026, on a competitive basis, subsidies are being called for sports promotion and recreation entities (hereinafter PyRD Entities) and/or Sports Clubs with headquarters in municipalities of the Province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants, in order to contribute to increasing the participation of players in different sports modalities, promoting associations and teamwork, increasing the number of sports clubs in the province of Valladolid and contributing to the physical-sports practice of the entire population. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. The total amount of the subsidies may not exceed the amount of 50,000 euros. The maximum subsidy amount may not be higher than the following amounts: - For Clubs: €3,000 - For PyRD Entities: €2,000 Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will end after 20 business days, counted from 00:00 hours of the day following the day on which the announcement of the call is published in extract in the Official Gazette of the Province, until 2:00 p.m. of the twentieth business day. When the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be deemed extended until 2:00 p.m. of the first following business day. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Activities, expenses and eligible period: those provided for in Rules 5 and 6 of the call. - Compatibility: what is established in Base 8. - Requests: in accordance with the provisions of Base 10. - Documentation: that provided for in Base 11. - Assessment criteria: those provided for in Rule 14 of the call. - Payment method: after justifying the expense. - Form of justification: by presenting the documentation referred to in Rule 21 of the call. - Maximum justification period: will end on October 30, 2026 (inclusive).
